Oral surgery and implants

If a tooth is lost, an implant can close the gap. State-of-the-art diagnostic and minimally invasive surgical procedures allow for quick and gentle interventions.

Sometimes a tooth cannot be saved. With the help of modern dental surgery, however, this means neither an aesthetic nor a functional disadvantage. The use of innovative diagnostic procedures such as digital volume tomography and minimally invasive surgical procedures such as Intralift®, piezo and microsurgery make implants a safe and low-pain treatment option when a tooth is lost.

In some cases, additional bone augmentation is necessary in the upper jaw. This usually has stressful after-effects for patients. However, the modern Intralift® procedure makes it possible to operate in a way that is gentle on the patient and the tissue and virtually eliminates pain and swelling.

Even the removal of wisdom teeth and tooth root inflammation do not necessarily have to cause pain and swelling. Thanks to the latest ultrasound surgery with the Piezotom®, the bone can be worked on precisely, without damaging the surrounding soft or nerve tissue.
